We come here every year to go 4 wheeling on a guys trip. We always enjoy staying at this cabin. We will be back again soon!

Was beyond what I expected. The host was extremely responses, helpful, and offered incredible hospitality. The location is quiet and in an incredible location. We hosted a men’s retreat for our company and it was by far one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and I’ll likely be back. I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about our stay!!!

Great stay, perfect for large groups.

Our college ministry had our leader’s retreat here, and it was everything we needed for our group. Beautiful home with a beautiful view. Spacious enough to host a decent sized group. We had a blast here!

We had a great youth retreat here! The location was off the beaten path, with a long stretch of dirt road, but it gave us a beautiful view. Loved the indoor and exterior layout. Would definitely come again.

Amazing place, great view, one of the best deals I’ve found in the area. Although it overlooks the lake, it is about a 30 min drive from lake access. King’s Mountain point is a great spot to check out. The host was communicative and accommodating.

The best place to stay in the area

Relaxing place , nice stay if you are looking to enjoy some peace and quiet.

This cabin was a great home base for our big group of guys who wanted to trail ride. We normally camp, but coming in December we decided to have warmer accommodations. So much bathroom and bed space! The view was amazing and so private. Thanks for a peaceful, relaxing few days!

Our family reunion used this cabin and adjacent smaller cabin. It was perfect for us – rustically comfortable with the right furnishings for our large group of diverse ages and backgrounds. Much time was spent outdoors at the fire pit, and a number of folks chose to camp in tents in the field (which BTW had terrific view of the stars. Lots of hiking and woodsy things to do in the area. Everything was as promised, no surprises at all. It was a wonderful time and this will likely be the site of many future reunions!

Excellent facilities. Clean and feels like home. The host is very accessible. Small kitchen to cook for big groups 15+, but everything works well. You must drive through a National Forest to get to the house (20 min on dirt road), however, once you are in the house and enjoy the view, you forget the road. The host gives very good directions. Plan to bring all you might need as getting last-minute things can take a long drive. And if you have not been here before, plan to get there before sunset.

Great cabin, large enough and spacious, no water access but a water view. Comfortable and safe with an area for campfires.
